WHEREAS Divine Providence has taken from our midst Victor H. Nasser,
City Engineer of the City of MoRenry, and
WHEREAS the death of our friend is taken as a great loss to the City
of N&Henry and his many friends who held him in high esteem; yet realising
that our sorrow of his departure is surpassed by that of his grief stricken
'wife and family, and
WHEREAS his many years of able and efficient service and guidance have
endeared him to many in this City,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of 1 Henry
that we hereby express our deep and sincere sympathy to the widow and the
family of our friend for the loss and sorrow that has come to them; that
with them we mourn for one who truly merited respect and high regard, and
we share with them the memory of a life nobly spent, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be spread upon the record
of this meeting and that a copy thereof be forwarded to the widow and familf
of our beloved friend.
