OF THE 1964 PERMIT YEARLY RESOLUTION
WHEREAS , the CITY OF MC HENRY
located in the County of MC HENRY , State of Illinois ,
adopted a Yearly Resolution dated APRIL 7, 1964
covering location, construction, operation and maintenance , with its
own forces or by contract of water mains , sewer lines , driveways , al-
leys , street returns, sidewalks , street lights , and other facilities
within the year of 1964on State Highways within the CITY
limits, now
THEREFORE, be it resolved that this Resolution shall remain
in force for the year 1977 .
I , BARBARA E. GILPIN , hereby certify
the above to be a true copy of the renewal to the 195l Resolution
adopted by the CITY COUNCIL of
THE CITY OF McHENRY , State of Illinois .
