WHEREAS, DAVID BENRUD has served on the Plan Commission
of the City of McHenry since 1971 , and
WHEREAS, DAVID BENRUD has shown civic interest in the
progress of the City of McHenry for many years, and
WHEREAS, DAVID BENRUD has devoted much time and energy
as a member of the Plan Commission of the City of McHenry, and
WHEREAS, DAVID BENRUD has served with ability and integ-
rity, and
WHEREAS, DAVID BENRUD is no longer able to serve on the
Commission because of other demands,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of McHenry go on record recognizing these contributions
and accomplishments and expresses its appreciation on behalf of
the citizens of McHenry.
I move the adoption of the above resolution, that it be
incorporated in the minutes of this meeting and a copy be presented
to David Benrud.
