WHEREAS all costs and expenses associated with the City of McHenry Special
Assessment proceedings , commonly known as the Cooney Heights Special Assessment
(County Court of McHenry County Case Number 63-C-22) have been paid; and
WHEREAS the sum of $ 2,545.95 remains unexpended in the Special Asses-
sment Account of the City of McHenry in connection with said Special Assessment,
and delinquent Special Assessment remain to be collected therein; and
WHEREAS the Public Benefit portion of the aforesaid Special Assessment was
in the sum of $59,240.29 and was paid by the City; and
WHEREAS the City of McHenry is entitled to reimbursement of the aforesaid
Public Benefit to the extent of the unexpended sums remaining, from time to time,
in said Special Assessment Account; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL of the City of
McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois, that the unexpended sum of $ 2 ,545.95
remaining in the aforesaid Special Assessment Account, together with any and
all such additional sums that may be collected in connection with the delinquent
special assessments thereon, but not to exceed the combined total sum of
$ 59.240.29 shall be paid forthwith, and hereinafter collected, to the
General Corporate Fund of the City of McHenry.
