A RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
1 . That permission and license without any fee, be and it is hereby given to
the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #G 1, to sell beer only, at retail , in the Petersen
City Park, for consumption on said park premises only, on August 14, 1977, from the
hour of //; oo A.M. to p:o 0 P.M. , all in connection with and as part of the Lodge's
Annual Picnic.
2. That the aforesaid permission and license is granted to the Loyal Order of
Moose Lodge #4 91 on the following terms and conditions:
(a) That prior to August 1 , 1977, the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #C?(shall ,
at its own expense, furnish the city of McHenry with a certificate of Dram
Shop insurance, with coverage limits of $150,000-$300,000, insuring the
City against any and all dram shop claims for damages that might arise
in connection with said sale of beer, and, in addition to such insurance,
it shall also hold the City completely harmless with respect thereto.
(b) That the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge # 6 9/shall not permit any of the
beer that is purchased from it to be consumed off the Park premises.
(c) That the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge # 6 9/shall comply in all respects
with the terms and provisions of the tram Shop Act relating to licen-
sing by the State of Illinois.
�.. (d) That the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge # 6?/ shall , prior to August 1 ,
1977, furnish the City with an acceptance of the foregoing terms and
conditions.
(e) That the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #(o?/shall see to it that all
debris (cans, containers, etc.) resulting from the sale of beer shall
be cleaned up immediately after the closing of the days activities.
