WHEREAS, HAROLD J. NYE has served on the McHenry Library
Board since 1972, and
WHEREAS, HAROLD J. NYE has shown civic interest in the progress
of the McHenry Public Library for many years, and
WHEREAS, HAROLD J. NYE has devoted much time and energy as a
member of the McHenry Public Library, and
WHEREAS, HAROLD J. NYE has served with ability and integrity,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of McHenry go on record recognizing these contributions and accomp-
lishments and expresses it appreciation on behalf of the citizens of
McHenry.
�-' I move the adoption of the above resolution, that it be
incorporated in the minutes of this meeting and a copy be presented to
Harold J. Nye.
