RESOLUTION
WHEREAS , Bernard Miller and Marilyn Miller have made
application to the Zoning Board of Appeals of McHenry County,
Illinois for an amendment to the McHenry County Zoning Ordin-
ance affecting property consisting of approximately 3 acres
with 330 feet of frontage on the east side of Route 31
approximately 150 feet North of the City limits of the City
of McHenry, Illinois; and,
WHEREAS, the City of McHenry is a zoned municipality;
and,
WHEREAS, the City of McHenry limits are nearer to the
subject premises than the limits of any other zoned munici-
pality; and,
WHEREAS, the Corporate authorities of the City of
McHenry, Illinois, desire to protest against the aforesaid
amendment to the McHenry County Zoning Ordinance ;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City
Council of the City of McHenry, Illinois, as follows:
1. Pursuant to the authority conferred upon it by
Illinois Revised Statutes, Chapter 34 , Section 3158 , the
Corporate authorities of the City of McHenry, Illinois hereby
protest against, and object, to,the aforesaid proposed amend-
ment to the McHenry County Zoning Ordinance.
2. The City Clerk be and she is hereby authorized
and directed to file a copy of this Resolution with the
McHenry County Clerk.
