RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of McHenry, McHenry County,
Illinois, has reviewed and approved the plans for the proposed revised
access to and from Waukegan Street at Front Street as prepared by the
Illinois Department of Transportation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of McHenry, McHenry County,
Illinois, wishes to inform the public of the proposed changes at the
intersection of Waukegan and Front Streets
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois, go on record as accepting the
plans proposed by the Illinois Department of Transportation and the
proposed revised access to and from Waukegan Street at Front Street
by publishing an article on the front page of the local area news-
paper, namely The McHenry Plaindealer on the 19th day of Jan-
uary, 1979.
