BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
McHENRY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS :
That Superintendent of Public Works Fred J . Meyer is
hereby appointed as the official representative of the
City of McHenry, Illinois , in connection with the Fed-
eral Disaster Assistance Administration (FDAA) Project
and that Fred J. Meyer is hereby authorized to file a
project application to the FDAA and provide such infor-
mation as is required for that project.
PASSED THIS 5th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1979 .
AYES : Nolan, Harker, Datz, Smith, Adams , Rogers , Schooley,
Bolger.
NAYS : None.
ABSENT: None.
