RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City of McHenry and the Federal Government are participating
in the cost of construction of Washington Street, SOS# D1(61 ) and Motor Fuel
Tax #78-00022-00-SP; and
WHEREAS, the State of Illinois has received a low bid of $71 ,792.40,
submitted by Lakeland Construction Company for construction of the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council for the
City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois , that the City of McHenry concurs
in the acceptance of the low bid of Lakeland Construction Company and
award the contract to Lakeland Construction Company subject to the acceptance
of said low bid award by the Illinois Department of Transportation and the
Federal Highway Administration.
VOTING AYE: Bolger, Nolan, Harker, Datz, Smith, Adams . Rogers, Schooley
VOTING NAY: None
ABSENT: None
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 5th DAY OF March , 1979.
