RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City of McHenry has entered into an Agreement with the State of
Illinois for the improvement of Illinois Route 31 @ Pearl Street, Illinois Route
31 @ Illinois Route 120, and Illinois Route 120 @ Green Street, known as State
Section 111-N-78, City Section 79-00026-00-TL; and, .
WHEREAS, in compliance with the aforementioned Agreement, it is necessary
for the City to appropriate Motor Fuel Tax funds to pay its share of the cost of
said improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that there is hereby appropriated the sum of
TWENTY ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($21,885.00) , or
so much thereof as may be necessary, from any money now or hereafter allotted to
the City under the provisions of the Motor Fuel Tax Law, to pay its share of the
cost of this improvement as provided in the Agreement.
