RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, William J. Bolger has served 22 years as Alderman of
the First Ward of the City of McHenry, and
WHEREAS, he has devoted much time and energy as a distinguished
member of many and various committees , and
WHEREAS, he has served the City of McHenry with dedication,
integrity and honor, and
WHEREAS, he has served as president of the Library Board with
distinction and honor for 17 years, and
WHEREAS, his many contributions are duly recognized by this
City Council .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of McHenry acknowledge his many contributions and accomplish-
ments and expresses its appreciation on behalf of all the citizens
of McHenry.
I move the adoption of the above resolution, that it be incorporated
in the minutes of this meeting and a copy be presented to William
J. Bolger.
