RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City of McHenry, located in the County of McHenry ,
State of Illinois , desires to construct an outfall headwall for
discharging sewage treatment plant effluent into the Fox River which
by law comes under the jurisdiction and control of the Division of
Water Resource Management, Department of Transportation of the
State of Illinois, and
WHEREAS, a Permit from said Division of Water Resource Manage-
ment is required before said work can be legally undertaken,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
McHenry that Joseph B. Stanek, Mayor, and Barbara E. Gilpin, City
Clerk, are hereby instructed and authorized to execute and file an
Application for permit with the Division of Water Resource Manage-
ment, Department of Transportation of the State of Illinois for the
aforementioned work described on behalf of the City of McHenry.
CERTIFICATE _OF CLERK
I, Barbara E. Gilpin, the undersigned duly qualifed and acting
Clerk of the City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois , do hereby
certify that this is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted
at a legally convened meeting by the Council of the City of McHenry,
Illinois, held on the 7thday of May ,1979.
