RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, ILLINOIS,
as follows:
1. That permission and license, without any fee, be and it is here-
by given to the Parish Council of St. Patrick Parish, McHenry, Illinois,
to sell alcoholic beverages at retail on the St. Patrick's Church premises,
for consumption on said premises only, on June 15, 16, 22, and 23, 1979,
from the hours of 7:00P.M. to Country the in connection with
and as part of the Town and

2. That the aforesaid permission and license is granted to the Parish
Council of St. Patrick Parish, McHenry, Illinois on the following terms and
conditions:
(a) That prior to June 15, 1979, the Parish Council of St. Patrick
Parish, McHenry, Illinois shall , at it own expense, furnish
the City of McHenry with a certificate of Dram Shop insurance,
or other acceptable evidence of insurance coverage, with cover-
age limits of $150,000-$300,000 insuring against any and all dram
shop claims for damages that might arise in connection with
said sale of alcoholic beverages.
(b) That the Parish Council of St. Patrick Parish, McHenry, Illinois,
shall not permit any of the alcoholic beverages that is pur-
chased from it to be consumed off the Church premises.
(c) That the Parish Council of St. Patrick Parish, McHenry,Illinois ,
shall comply in all respects with the terms and provisions of
the Dram Shop Act relating to licensing by the State of Illinois.
(d) That the Parish Council of St. Patrick Parish, McHenry, Illinois,
shall , prior to June 15, 1979, furnish the City with an accep-
tance of the foregoing terms and conditions.
