RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City of McHenry has entered into an Agreement
with the State of Illinois for intermittent base repair and resurfacing,
including frame and grate adjustments, known at State Section 79-00030-
00-IR, Job Number C-91-187-79, Project Number M-5043(3) ;
WHEREAS, in compliance with the aforementioned Agreement,, it
is necessary for the City to appropriate Motor Fuel Tax funds to pay
its share of the cost of said improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that there is hereby appro-
priated the sum of THIRTY-ONE THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS (31,000.00) ,
from any money now or hereafter allotted to the City under the provi-
sions of the Motor Fuel Tax Law, to pay its share of the cost of this
improvement as provided in the Agreement.
