This will enable our office to authorize Expenditure of this overdraft eleminating the deficit balance in the Audit Report. During our review of your 1977 maintenance records, we discovered an administrative error by this office. In January, 1978 , you requested that $105. 36 be transferred from the 1977 maintenance account to the maintenance en- gineering account. That request was received by this office but it was inadvertently entered into our data processing system for McHenry County' s 1977 maintenance program. The error was not corrected in your maintenance program until April 1979 . These transactions will appear on your next monthly Allotment Notification Letter. With the additional funds appropriated above, a total of $99,387.00 of motor fuel tax funds have been appropriated for the subject maintenance period. Expenditure for the full amount of the approved appropria- tion $4,454.00 from your unobligated motor fuel tax account is hereby authorized and will be recorded on your next monthly Allotment Notification Letter.
