RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City of McHenry and the Federal Government are partici-
pating in the cost of resurfacing of various streets - Section No. 79-
00030-00-IR; and
WHEREAS, the State of Illinois has received a low bid of $89,221.25,
submitted by Curran Construction Company for resurfacing of the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council for
the City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois, that the City of McHenry
concurs in the acceptance of the low bid of Curran Contracting Company
and award the contract to Curran Contracting Company subject to the
acceptance of said low bid by the Illinois Department of Transportation
and the Federal Highway Administration.
VOTING AYE: Nolan, Pepping, Datz, Harker, Adams, Wieser, Schooley, Meurer
VOTING NAY: None
ABSENT: None
PASSED AND APPROVED this 30thday of July , 1979.
