BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed improvement consist of Preliminary engineering for Crystal Lake Road and
Route 120 project constructing under section 79-00029-00-TL
construction feet wide
78-00023-00-TL
and shall be designated as Section C.S.
2. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of twelve thousand and no/100
nollars ($ 12,nun nn ) for the
improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
3. That said work shall be done by no contract to date ; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit two certified copies of this resolution to the
district/regional office of the Department of Transportation.

Dear Madam:
The resolution for Section 78-00023-00-TL adopted by the
City Council on November 19, 1979, was approved today.
This resolution provides for preliminary engineering for
the project at Illinois Route 120 and Crystal Lake Road.
The project is to be constructed through a joint
agreement with the State of Illinois, City MFT Section
79-00029-00-TL. This resolution appropriates $12, 000. 00
of motor fuel tax funds for engineering services.
