RESOLUTIO N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS as follows :
1. That the proposed license agreement between the
Chicago and North Western Transportation Company and the City
of McHenry relating to the construction, maintenance and use
of a sanitary sewer and water line upon the property of the
Company and under the track of the Company, a photocopy of
which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated
herein by reference, be and the same is hereby approved.
2 . That the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign, and
the City Clerk to attest, the attached license agreement and
to deliver said license to the Chicago and North Western
Transportation Company.
3 . That the payment of the first annual Fifty Dollar
license charge, is hereby approved and authorized.
4 . That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect immediately upon its passage and approval.
