RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Ernest D. Schooley has concluded a 4-year term as Alderman
of the Fourth Ward in the City of McHenry; and
WHEREAS, he has shown civic interest in the progress of the City
of McHenry for many years; and
WHEREAS, he has served both as Chairman and as a member of impor-
tant committees during his term of office; and
WHEREAS, he has filled the office of Alderman efficiently and with
the welfare of the City uppermost in his mind.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of McHenry go on record as recognizing these accomplishments and expres-
ses its appreciation on behalf of the citizens of McHenry.
I move the adoption of the above Resolution, that it be incorporated
into the minutes of this meeting and a copy be presented to Ernest D.
Schooley.
