RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, FRED BIENAPFL has served the McHenry Public Library for over
30 years; and
WHEREAS, FRED BIENAPFL has chosen to retire from the McHenry Public
Library; and
WHEREAS, FRED BIENAPFL has given generously of his time and efforts
in the management and maintenance of the Library Building; and
WHEREAS, FRED BIENAPFL has shown civic interest in the McHenry Public
Library's progress in development for many years; and
WHEREAS, FRED BIENAPFL has served with dedication, devotion and integ-
rity for many years with the welfare of the McHenry Public Library uppermost
in his mind.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of the
City of McHenry go on record as recognizing these accomplishments and expresses
its appreciation on behalf of all the citizens of McHenry.
