A RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARTICIPATION BY PART-TIME ELECTED OFFICIALS
IN THE ILLINOIS MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT FUND
Resolution Number_R-81-22
1NHEREAS,the City of McHenry
(Name of Governmental Unit) 1972
became a participant in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund effective January 1, ; and +
WHEREAS, elected officials may participate in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund if they are in
positions normally requiring performance of duty during 600 hours or more per year;and
WHEREAS, this governing body can determine what the normal annual hourly requirements of its
part-time elected officials are, and should make such determination for the guidance and direction of the Board
of Trustees of the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund;
RESOLVED THAT McHenry City Council -
(Board,Council,etc.)
finds that the positions of the following part-time elected officials beginning on the date shown normally require
the performance of duty during 600 hours or more a year:

II. Members of governing body:
FURTHER RESOLVED that the authorized agent is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this
resolution with the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund and that this resolution and the finding made shall remain
in full force and effect until rescinded, and the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund is notified in writing of the
rescission.
