RESOLUTION FOR IMPROVEMENT BY MUNICIPALITY
UNDER THE ILLINOIS HIGHWAY CODE

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed improvement consist of Roadway wi deni no and reconstruction, new curb and gutter
and sidewalk, installation of storm sewer to accomodate the improvement. incidental
