Home My WebLink AboutResolutions - R-83-14 - 04/25/1983 - MFT IDOT R-83-14 RESOLUTION FOR IMPROVEMENT BY MUNICIPALITY UNDER THE ILLINOIS HIGHWAY CODE • BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and City Council of the City of McHenry, Illinois , that the following described streets be improved under the Illinois Highway Code: • NAME OF THOROUGHFARES LOCATION Green Street John Street to Shepherd Hill Lane John Street Green Street to Front (Route 31 ) Lillian Street Front Street to Sioux Lane Bull Valley Within corporate limits 1 . That the proposed improvements consist of Bituminous Resurfacing on and existing Bituminous Surface and other related work. 2. That there is hereby allocated the sum of Twenty Nine Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($29,000.00) for the improvements of said sections from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds. 3. That said work shall be done by Contract. PASSED this 25th day of April , 1983.
