that the following described street(s) be improved under the Illinois Highway Code:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed improvement consist n intermittent base repair and resurfacing,
including frame and grate adjustment and curb replacement where necessary,
pavement marking and incidental work
construction feet wide.
and shall be designated as Section 8 3-0 0 0 3 8-0 0-I R XXBC
2. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of Fifteen Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-nine
and no/100 Dollars ($ 15, 8 6 9.0 0 ) for the
improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
3. That said work shall be done by State Contract ; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit two certified copies of this resolution to the
district/regional office of the Department of Transportation.
