RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City of McHenry has entered into an agreement with the
State of Illinois for sidewalk construction at various locations, project number
F-M-5043(16), job number C-91-922-83; and
WHEREAS, in compliance with the aforementioned agreement, it is
necess-
ary for the City to appropriate Motor Fuel Tax funds to pay its share of the
cost of said improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
McHenry, Illinois that there is hereby appropriated the sum of TWENTY SEVEN
THOUSAND, SEVENTY EIGHT and 00/100 DOLLARS ($27,078.00), or so much thereof as
may be necessary, from any money now or hereafter allotted to theCity under the
provisions of the Motor Fuel Tax Law (F.A.U. Fund), to pay its share of the cost
of this improvement as provided in the agreement.
