RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City of McHenry has entered into an agreement with the
State of Illinois for sidewalk construction at various locations, F.A.0 project '
number F-M-5043(16) , job number C-91-922-83.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
McHenry, Illinois that the City of McHenry does hereby request that the sum of
EIGHTY TWO THOUSAND, TWENTY TWO AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($82,022.00) of its F.A.U.
monies be designated and transfererd for use in the aforementioned McHenry
F.A.U. sidewalk project.
PASSED and APPROVED this 2nd day of April , 1984.
