RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City of McHenry and the Federal Government are partici-
pating in the cost of 1 .2 miles of intermittent sidewalk construction and
parkway restoration known as Project No. F-M-5043(16) , Job. No. C-91-922-83,
City Section 83-00039-00-SW, FAP Route 13 and FAU Routes 0082, 0084- and 0094;
and
WHEREAS, the State of Illinois has received a low qualified bid of
$80,869.75, submitted by Alliance Contractors, Inc. of Woodstock, Illinois for
construction on the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois, that the City of McHenry concurs
in the acceptance of the low qualified bid of Alliance Contractors, Inc. ,
subject to the acceptance of said low qualified bid award by the Illinois
Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration.
