RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Build Illinois will ensure our State's position as a
leader in economic growth and development; and
WHEREAS, the Build Illinois program will , through educational re-
form, concentrate on developing a labor force attractive to employers; and
WHEREAS, Build Illinois will infuse new resources into the State's
foundation -- highways, sewers, railroads and public water supply systems.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of
the City of McHenry, Illinois, that Build Illinois will provide incen-
tives to bring business to Illinois and will enhance the State's long-
term economic prospects.
PASSED this 15th day of April , 1985.
