RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, on April 18, 1984, the City of McHenry entered into a
Mass Transportation Capital Grant Agreement, per Ordinance #0-84-331
authorizing the execution of said Agreement, with the State of Illinois,
Department of Transportation regarding the Commuter Parking Lot Project;
and
Whereas, Amendment #1 to said Agreement has been presented to the
City for approval and for execution by the Mayor and City Clerk, in order
to adjust the Net Project Cost and related calculations and to enable the
City to purchase the land required for said Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McHENRY, ILLINOIS, that Amendment #1 to said Agreement, which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and direct-
ed to execute said Amendment #1 and the City Clerk be and she is hereby
directed to attest to said Amendment #1 and cause the same to be deliver-
ed to the State of Illinois, Department of Transportation in order to
proceed and complete said Project.
PASSED and APPROVED this 20th day of May, 1985.
