SECOND RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF LOCAL
IMPROVEMENTS RECOMMENDING THE CONSTRUCTION
OF A SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM PROJECT TO BE
KNOWN AS CITY OF MCHENRY LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NUMBER 31
WHEREAS, on the 8th day of July, 1987, a public hearing
was held by the City of McHenry, Illinois Board of Local
Improvements in connection with City of McHenry Local
Improvement Project No. 31 on the subject of the necessity
for the construction of a sanitary sewer system for the
primary purpose of providing service to the following
platted subdivisions within the corporate limits of the City
of McHenry, Illinois: McHenry Shores Unit 1, McHenry Shores
Unit 2, McHenry Shores Unit 3, McHenry Shores Unit 4,
McHenry Shores Unit 5, and Idyl Dell Subdivisions, the
nature of the proposed project improvements and the cost
thereof as estimated; and,
WHEREAS, notice of said public hearing was given as
required by law; and,
WHEREAS, all persons interested in the aforesaid
proposed local improvement project who desire to be heard
were heard and no sufficient reason or objection was given
or made to the proposed sanitary sewer system project, and
based upon the proofs submitted to this Board, this Board
finds that good and sufficient notices of said public
hearing were given and mailed as required by law.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of McHenry,
Illinois Board of Local Improvements as follows:
1. That the proposed local improvement project which
is described in the First Resolution passed by this Board on
June 3, 1987, the plans and specifications described therein
and the Estimate of Costs relating thereto which are
attached to said Resolution be and the same are hereby
approved.
2. That the City of McHenry proceed with the aforesaid
sanitary sewer system local improvement project in
accordance with said First Resolution, plans and
specifications and Estimate of Cost.
3. That this Board of Local Improvements submit its
Recommendation to the governing body of the City of McHenry,
Illinois that the proposed sanitary sewer system local
improvement project be made, together with a draft of an
ordinance therefor and an Estimate of Cost thereof as
prescribed by law.
4. That this Board of Local Improvements hereby
approves the draft of the ordinance providing for such
sanitary sewer system local improvement project.

roll call vote as follows:
