RESOLUTION FOR IMPROVEMENT BY MUNICIPALITY
UNDER THE i LOINOIS HIGHWAY CODE
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council �f the

that the following described street(s) be improved under the Illinois Highway Code:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed improvement consist of construction of a new salt storage facility north of
Bull Valley Road between Orchid Path and McHenry Avenue
construction 24 e—e and variable
feet wide
and shall be designated as Sectir,,, 87-00043-00-MG
2. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of Two Hundred. Thousand and 00/100

improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel -Dollars (S 200,000.00 for the
