RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Dick Hoover has recently concluded his third term
as a member of the City of McHenry Plan Commission; and
WHEREAS, he has chosen to retire from the Plan Commission
wherein he had given generously of his time and efforts; and
WHEREAS, he has shown civic interest in the City's progress
and development for many years by his dedicated service to the
Plan Commission; and
WHEREAS, his contributions and accomplishments are hereby
noted and recognized.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of McHenry go on record as recognizing these accomplishments
and expresses its appreciation on behalf of the citizens of
McHenry..
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this REsolution be incorporated
into the minutes of this meeting and that a copy be presented to
Dick Hoover.
