OF VOUCHER NUMBER 1 OF CITY OF
MCHENRY, ILLINOIS
LOCAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 31
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois, as follows:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and the City Clerk of the
City of McHenry, Illinois, are hereby and herewith
authorized to sign and issue the following voucher in the
following amount for legal services furnished by Narusis &
Narusis in connection with City of McHenry Local Improvement
No. 31 (McHenry County Circuit Court Case 87 TX 9):
Voucher No. 1 in the amount of $100.00
to Narusis & Narusis, for legal services in
connection with the said Project.
A copy of said voucher is attached hereto and is made a part
hereof.
PASSED this 8 th day of June, 1988, pursuant to a roll
call vote as follows:
AYES: Bolger, Lieder, Patterson, Serritella, Smith, Teta
NAYS: None
ABSENT: McCI atchey, Nolan

LOCAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NUMBER 31
(CIRCUIT COURT CASE NO. 87 TX 9)

SPECIAL ASSESSMENT VOUCHER OF THE CITY OF MCHENRY, COUNTY OF
MCHENRY, ILLINOIS
To the Treasurer of the City of McHenry, County of McHenry,
Illinois.
From funds to be obtained by collection of the first
installment of a special assessment made by the City of
McHenry, Illinois, in proceedings filed in the Circuit Court
of McHenry County, Illinois, and confirmed by the said Court
on the 25th day of February, 1988 in proceedings bearing
Case Number 87 TX 9 for the purpose of paying the cost of
construction work of the improvement known as Local
Improvement Project No. 31 in said City of McHenry,
Illinois, the said City of McHenry, Illinois will pay to
Narusis & Narusis, or order, when collected, the sum of One
Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($100.00) with interest thereon
from the date hereof at the rate of nine percent (9%) per
annum.

This Voucher is given pursuant to authority conferred
by the General Assembly of the State of Illinois in Illinois
Revised Statutes, Chapter 24, Section 9-2-1 through Section
9-2-144, inclusive, in the matter of the aforesaid
improvement and is the first Voucher issued on account of
such work done.
This Voucher was authorized by a vote of the City
Council of the City of McHenry, Illinois, at a meeting held
on the 8th day of June, 1988.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of McHenry, Illinois has
caused this Voucher to be executed by its Mayor, attested by
its City Clerk and its corporate seal to be affixed hereto
at McHenry, Illinois, this 8th day of June, 1988.
