RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Richard H. Rosing is retiring from the office of
Building Inspector of the City of McHenry, a position he has held
for eight years; and
WHEREAS, Dick has also worked in the City of McHenry Public
Works Department for nine years; and
WHEREAS, he has also served as an all around "Handyman
Deluxe" in the City Clerk and Police Departments; and •
WHEREAS, ne has served with dedication, devotion, and
integrity for many years with the welfare of the City uppermost in
his mind; and
WHEREAS, he has shown civic interest in the city's progress
in development for many years; and
WHEREAS, he has given generously of his time and efforts; and
WHEREAS, his contributions and accomplishments for the City
are noted and recognized.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Council of the City of McHenry go on record as recognizing Richard
H. Rosing's many years of dedicated service to the City of McHenry
and expresses its appreciation and gratitude.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 4th day of October, 1989.
