RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A
REPRESENTATIVE TO SIGN
LOAN DOCUMENTS
Whereas, application provisions for loans from the Water Pollution Control
Revolving Fund for construction of sewage treatment works require that the
City of McHenry authorize a representative to sign the loan application forms
and supporting documents; therefore, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of McHenry that Mayor William J. Busse is hererby authorized to sign all
loan application forms and documents.
