SUPPLEMENTAL
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City of McHenry has entered into an agreement with
the State of Illinois for the improvement of Illinois Route 31 known as
F.A.P. Route 13, F.A.S. Route 1220, Illinois Route 31, State Section:
111R-84, City Section: 86-0042-00-WR: and
WHEREAS, in compliance with the aforementioned agreement, it is
necessary for the City to appropriate Motor Fuel Tax funds to pay its
share of the cost of said improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that there is hereby appropriated
the sum of EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($8,500.00), or
so much thereof as may be necessary, from any money now or hereafter
alloted to the City under the provisions of the Motor Fuel Tax Law, to
pay its share of the cost of this improvement as provided in the
agreement.
