RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City of McHenry, Illinois, is considering an Annexation
Agreement from the owner of 475 acres of land for development of a golf
course and a single family residential housing project; and
WHEREAS, the City of McHenry's 1989 Master Plan for Water, Wastewater
and Storm Water Systems has incorporated services to Section 9 of Nunda
Township; and
WHEREAS, the City has determined that service to Section 9, Nunda
Township, is both economically feasible and desirable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
McHenry, Illinois, that it supports the annexation of Section 9, Nunda
Township, into the City of McHenry's Facilities Planning Area.
