A RESOLUTION REGARDING A PROJECT TO BE FINANCED BY BONDS
ISSUED BY THE ILLINOIS DEVELOPMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY
(MADEY ENTERPRISES, INC.)
WHEREAS, the City of McHenry has reviewed and wishes to approve a
resolution allowing for the issuance of Industrial Development Revenue
Bonds for the construction and equipping of a manufacturing facility to be
occupied by Polymer Color, Inc.; and,
WHEREAS, the bonds will be issued by the Illinois Development
Finance Authority (IDFA); and,
WHEREAS, the facility is to be located within the corporate
boundaries of the City of McHenry, Illinois; and,
WHEREAS, the project is intended to increase the employment base of
the City of McHenry.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
McHENRY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1: The City of McHenry does not intend to disapprove this
projec .
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is authorized to furnish a certificate to
the IDFA� that no resolution disapproving this project has been adopted by
the Corporate Authorities of the City of McHenry within forty-five (45)
days of receipt of notice of the proposed project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 12th day of September, 1990.
