RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the McHenry Warrior Football Team had an outstanding
Conference Record of 9-0 this season, thereby bringing honor to
themselves, their families, coaches, school, and to our City; and
WHEREAS, the City of McHenry recognizes the contributions made
by the School Board, School Administration, faculty, student body,
the coaching staff, players, cheerleaders, pom pom girls, the stage
band, and also the fans, with their efforts and sacrifices to
accomplish this success.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council
of the City of McHenry go on record recognizing the pride, unity,
spirit and the recognition that this 1990 Warrior Football Team has
given our community.
PASSED and APPROVED this 14th day of November, 1990.
