RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Richard S. Freund is retiring from the City of
McHenry after having worked since November 19, 1979 as Public Works
Maintenance Employee; and
WHEREAS, he has served as an all around "Handyman Deluxe" in
various City Departments; and
WHEREAS, he has served with dedication, devotion, and
integrity for thirteen years with the welfare of the City uppermost
in his mind; and
WHEREAS, he can look back with pride and satisfaction on a
job well done; and
WHEREAS, his accomplishments and contributions to the City of
McHenry are hereby acknowledged with gratitude.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Resolution be
incorporated into the minutes of this meeting, and that a copy of
this Resolution be presented to Richard S. (Tony) Freund.
PASSED and APPROVED this 16th day of September, 1992.
