WHEREAS, Richard Duellman has served over eight years as
Chairman of the McHenry Police Pension Board; and
WHEREAS, he has chosen to retire from the Police Pension Board
wherein he had given generously of his time and efforts; and
WHEREAS, he has served the Police Pension Board with purpose
and dedication; and
WHEREAS, his contributions to the Police Pension Board are
hereby acknowledged with gratitude.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council
of the City of McHenry go on record as recognizing these
accomplishments and expresses its appreciation on behalf of all the
citizens of McHenry.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be incorporated
into the minutes of this meeting and that a copy be presented to
Richard Duellman.
PASSED and APPROVED this 18th day of November, 1992.
