FIRST RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS
OF THE CITY OF MCHENRY, ILLINOIS ORIGINATING A
LOCAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT TO BE KNOWN AS
CITY OF MCHENRY LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NO. 32
Be it resolved by the Board of Local Improvements of the City of McHenry,
McHenry County, Illinois as follows:
SECTION 1. That there be considered the construction of a local improvement
project consisting of a sanitary sewer system for the primary purpose of providing service
to the following platted subdivision within the corporate limits of the City of McHenry,
to wi:t; Country Club. Estates.
SECTION 2. That the aforesaid local improvement project shall consist of
approximately 5,180 lineal feet of 8-inch ABS or PVC composite or ductile iron sewer, 17
manholes, two grinder pump installations each with a capacity of approximately 15 gpm and
a total of approximately 200 lineal feet of 1 1/2-inch plastic forcemain. Also included are
6-inch ABS or PVC house service connections to within five feet of the lot line of the
approximately 77 lots served by the system, and restoration of street, driveway and lawn
surfaces distributed during construction.
Said project is also described and indicated on the Estimate of Cost as compiled and
ascertained by Baxter & Woodman, Inc., hereby appointed Engineer for the Board of Local
Improvements for the purpose of this special assessment, and said Estimate of Cost is hereby
approved; that a copy of said Estimate of Cost is attached hereto and made a part hereof as
though set forth herein in full.
SECTION 3. The cost of the aforesaid local improvement project shall be paid for
by special assessments against the property benefited.
SECTION 4. That the time and place for public consideration of the aforesaid
proposed local improvement project be and the same is hereby fixed and shall be held on the
14 t h. day of Ou 1 Y ,1993 at the hour of 7 ; 30 o'clock p.m. in
the City Council Chambers meeting room at the City of McHenry City Hall, 333 South
Green Street in the City of McHenry, Illinois. That notice of the time and place of such
public consideration shall be prepared and mailed in the manner provided by law.
SECTION 5. That the aforesaid local improvement project may hereafter be
identified and referred to as City of McHenry Local Improvement Project No. 32.
SECTION 6. That this Resolution shall be at once transcribed into the records of
this Board of Local improvements.
