RS-93-12
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, William J. Busse has served as Mayor of the City of
McHenry for eight years, and prior to that, served three years as
Alderman of Ward 2; and
WHEREAS, he has devoted an extraordinary amount of time and
energy in fulfilling the duties of both these offices with dignity
and honor and the welfare of the City uppermost in his mind; and
WHEREAS, he can look back with pride and satisfaction on the
progress the City of McHenry has made during his administration; and
WHEREAS, his many contributions and accomplishments for the
benefit of the citizens of McHenry are hereby acknowledged with
gratitude.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of McHenry go on record as recognizing the many contributions
and accomplishments of William J. Busse and expressing its
appreciation and gratitude on behalf of the citizens of McHenry.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be incorporated
into the minutes of this meeting and that a copy be presented to
William J. Busse.
