COUNCIL RESOLUTION OF SUPPORT
WHEREAS, Julie A. Sadlier, d/b/a Ecological Concepts, L.P.,
has applied to the City of McHenry, Illinois for gap financing under
the City of McHenry Revolving Loan Fund; and
WHEREAS, an application was made and presented to the City
Council's Revolving Loan Fund Loan Committee by Julie A. Sadlier,
d/b/a Ecological Concepts, L.P., and agreements will be entered into
by said Julie A. Sadlier with the City of McHenry.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. That Julie A. Sadlier, d/b/a Ecological Concepts, L.P.,
applying for a loan under the terms and conditions of the
City of McHenry, shall enter into and agree to the
understandings and assurances contained in said
application.
2. That the Loan Committee has authorized the preparation of
the application agreements on behalf of Julie A. Sadlier,
d/b/a Ecological Concepts, L.P., for a loan from the
Revolving Loan Fund of the City of McHenry.
3. That the Loan Committee made its recommendations to the
City Council for approval of said application at the
regular City Council meeting on June 30, 1993.
PASSED and APPROVED this 30th day of June, 1993.
