RS-93-29
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, for good and valuable consideration received and
pursuant to a lease agreement dated September 1, 1978, by and between
the Village of McHenry Shores, Illinois and Chroma Corporation, the
City of McHenry, Illinois, as successor to the Village of McHenry
Shores agrees to sell the following described real estate, together
with the Building and Project Equipment (as such are defined in the
Lease) located thereon:
Lots 6, 7 and 8 in Tonyan's Industrial Park
Unit No. 1, McHenry County, Illinois,
commonly known as 3900 Dayton Street, McHenry, Illinois.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of McHenry that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute such documents as are necessary or desirable to accomplish
such sale.
