RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE
OF VOUCHER NUMBER 1 OF THE
CITY OF McHENRY, ILLINOIS
LOCAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 32
WHEREAS, the attorney's payment request in the amount of
$100.00 has been presented to the City for work completed on Local
Improvement Project No. 32, a copy of which attached hereto.
WHEREAS, the issuance of the following described voucher has
been previously approved by the Board of Local Improvements.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois, as follows:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of
McHenry, Illinois, are hereby and herewith authorized to sign and
issue the following voucher in the following amount for legal
services furnished by Zukowski, Rogers, Flood & McArdle in
connection with the City of McHenry Local Improvement No. 32
(McHenry County Circuit Court Case No. 93 TX 1);
Voucher No. 1 in the amount of $10o.00 to Zukowski,
Rogers, Flood & McArdle, for legal services in connection
with said Project.
A copy of said voucher is attached hereto and is made a part
hereof.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to deliver the voucher to the payee upon said voucher
being signed by the Mayor and Clerk for this City.
PASSED this 2nd day of February, 1994, pursuant to a roll call
vote as follows:

true and correct copy of Resolution No. R - ?* `S of the City
authorizing the issuance of Voucher Number 1 of the City of
Mchenry, Illinois Local Improvement Project No. 32, passed by the
City Council of the City of McHenry, Illinois, at a regular meeting
of said Council held on the 2nd day of February, 1994, and the same
was signed and approved by the Mayor of said City on the 2nd day of
February, 1994.
