R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of McHenry, at its
June 29, 1994 Council meeting approved the freezing of current
Capital Development Fees charged a single family residence until
September 30, 1997 for properties included in the sanitary sewer
special assessment project (Project No. 32) being constructed in
the Country Club Estate Subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McHENRY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. Until September 30, 1997 the Capital Development
Fees charged a single family residence connecting to the City
sewerage system in said Country Club Estates' special assessment
territory shall be as follows:
2 bedrooms or less
$980.00
3 bedrooms
$1,418.00
4 bedrooms
$1,818.00
5 bedrooms or more
$1,781.00
SECTION 2. Should the City Council decrease the Capital
Development Fees during this period, those properties included in
the above special assessment territory and connecting to the
sewerage system at that time, shall pay the decreased Capital
Development Fee amount that is applicable.
SECTION 2. All resolutions, or parts thereof, in conflict
with the terms and provisions hereof, be and the same are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be published in pamphlet
form by and under the authority of the corporate authorities of
the City of McHenry, Illinois.
SECTION 4. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided
by law.
