R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City of McHenry as of August 1, 1994, will
increase its sewer permit and inspection fee charged for a single
family residence connecting to the City sewerage system to $250;
and
WHEREAS, the City desires that the permit and inspection
fee that would be charged to the the Country Club Estates
Subdivision residents who are paying for the special assessment
sanitary sewer project (Project No. 32) being constructed in said
subdivision would not be increased for a reasonable period of time
after connection to the City sewer mains first become available.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF McHENRY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. Until September 30, 1997, the Sewer Permit and
Inspection Fee charged a single family residence connecting to the
City sewerage system in Country Club Estates Subdivision shall be
$150.00. From and after January 1, 1997, the Sewer Permit and
Insepction Fee charged a single family residence connecting to the
City sewerage system in said sanitary sewer special assessment
territory shall be the Sewer Permit and Inspection Fee that is
provided for by Ordinance and that is generally applicable
throughout the City.
SECTION 2. All resolutions, or parts thereof, in conflict
with the terms and provisions hereof, be and the same are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be published in pamphlet
form by and under the authority of the corporate authorities of
the City of McHenry, Illinois.
SECTION 4. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided
by law.
