WHEREAS, Vernon W. Rouley is retiring from the City of McHenry
after having worked since January 26, 1981 as Wastewater Treatment
Plant Mechanic; and
WHEREAS, he has always served with dedication, devotion and
integrity for many years with the welfare of the City uppermost in
his mind; and
WHEREAS, his contributions and accomplishments are duly noted
and recognized; and
WHEREAS, he can look back with pride and satisfaction on a job
well done.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council
of the City of McHenry go on record as recognizing Vernon W.
Rouley's fourteen years of dedicated service and expresses its
appreciation and gratitude and wishes him the best upon his
retirement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be incorporated into
the minutes of this meeting and that a copy of this Resolution be
presented to Vernon W. Rouley.
PASSED and APPROVED this 1st day of February, 1995.
